Best for early design and straightforward projects. Includes a clear preliminary design basis, key calculations, assumptions and next actions.

Best for coordinated projects

Professional Coordination Report

£495 + VAT

Best for projects moving into coordinated design. Includes broader consideration of plant, drainage, access, building-services interfaces and coordination requirements.

Commercial or Hydrotherapy Review

From £895 + VAT

Best for higher-risk, regulated or specialist projects requiring a deeper review of project-specific requirements.

Commercial, hydrotherapy, refurbishment and multi-pool projects may require a project-specific quotation. PoolSpec Pro will confirm the appropriate report level and fee after reviewing the submission.

Delivery support

From specification to delivery

Support does not have to stop when the report is issued. PoolSpec Pro can remain involved with the client’s design team or, where needed, introduce experienced independent specialists for pool design, construction, filtration, treatment, controls and commissioning.

Design coordination

Help the architect, MEP, civils and structural teams resolve interfaces and develop the design.

Specialist delivery support

Where required, we can introduce experienced independent specialists for construction, filtration, treatment, controls, stainless-steel systems and commissioning.

Clear, separate appointments

Any further consultancy or delivery work is separately scoped and quoted. Clients remain free to appoint their own preferred team.

Any introduction to a delivery partner is provided to assist project coordination. The scope, competence, commercial terms and appointment of each specialist must be confirmed directly for the individual project.
